What exactly does orate do?

Orate is a technological start-up. Our mission is to provide done-for-you technological services and products that improves how you live and work. At the moment, we are focusing on providing done-for-you emails (mayl) and websites (webxyt). We realised that managing these things can be a hassle for many people, like you and you just want to go about using a product that serves you. This is especially important because many professionals and businesses, especially in the african region have limited technical knowledge, and can not afford IT teams especially for solopreneurs and small businesses, and would rather just open a oratebusiness@gmail.com instead of hello@oratebusiness.com. What is mayl and how do i get started?

Mayl is our done-for you business email product and service. The service is paid annually and we manage all aspects of your email including setting signature, adding team members, setting aliases or out of office notifications for you throughout the year. All you have to do is fill the form with details especially the business or professional name you would like, make payment and within a 6-12 hour period, your business email will be delivered to your inbox, DM or WhatsApp with all the links to download the mobile and system apps based on your preffered platforms. Additionally, you can contact us via email or any convenient means and we will respond and get you started quickly.

What does my Mayl subscription include?

Mayl includes domain name management (purchase, protection, and subscriptions) and the email client (we currently use Zoho mail to deliver our service for up to five team members and multiple aliases). You do not have to bother about the payments or functionality. We have aggregated the payment into an affordable and flexible annual payment plan. You only have to make a one-time payment annually and we ensure that you and your business experience the best service throughout the year.

How do we login and how do you make changes to our account?

Basically, you receive the login details which you will be requested to change the password froy our privacy and protection. When we have to make changes to your account you simple need to send a message to a member of our team who will respond promptly. ONLY COMMUNICATE IN CHANNELS AS PRESCRIBED BY ORATE AND VERIFY THAT YOU ARE SENDING MESSAGE TO THE RIGHT CONTACT OR EMAIL.

How much is the Mayl service?

The service cost at a minimum 49,800 Naira/Year or $42 /Year. You will be sent a notification for renewal every year on the day you started your journey with us. The price may change is your require additional services such as increase in team members or need to integrate with specialised tools and applications. We are always happy to discuss and help with this.

Who do you work with?

We are able to work with most companies but at the moment we are focused on solopreneurs, influencers, professionals and small businesses. We only provide what you need as you grow.

What about your webxyt (website) service?

Webxyt is an add-on service to further enhance your brand if you do not have a website. We design and manage the website for your based on your branding preference.  However, we can work with you for only the website.

How much is the webxyt service?

Webxyt cost at a minimum 63,000 naira or $54 . Additional fees may apply depending on the site functionality need such as having a members portal and other integrations or services needs such as managing the website. Speak to us about this to get the appropriate pricing.
